this is my wing sauce.

Sweet Heat Wing Sauce
2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
2 T Crushed Red Pepper
1 T Kosher Salt
3 T Sugar
1 T Garlic Powder
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Yellow Mustard
2 T Syriacha
¼ Cup Paprika
Bring vinegar, red pepper, salt, sugar and garlic to boil, stir regularly. Remove from heat and let sit for 10 min, strain liquid and discard red pepper flakes. Add mustard, brown sugar, syriacha, and paprika to liquid.

I wouldn't say it is super hot but has a decent kick. If you want it spicier just up the red pepper flakes and the syriacha. Hope you like!

+1 for APL wings. I love em. Only thing I do different is I use a few TBS of fresh diced garlic in the sauce so it all sticks to the wings and you get a huge garlic punch.

I've used Stubb's original for years, it's great on smoked wings. If you like spicy, give it a try, if you want more heat try the inferno. http://www.stubbsbbq.com/products/mo...en-wing-sauce/

I've been keeping it simply with Frank's Wing Sauce. "I put that **** on everything!"

I did this one and it's plenty sweet. Good flavor and very sticky. I would cut down the marmalade a bit.
