I make pizza's on the Blackstone every so often. They're quick and easy.
I was in a hurry for supper the other night and decided to try using my favorite bacon, cheeseburger ingredients.

I browned the burger and caramelized onions first..

Scooched everything to the side and flopped down a pizza crust...

I let the crust brown and crisp on the bottom, then flipped it over and turned the burners off while preparing the rest..

Slathered the crust with spicy brown mustard...

next came some American cheese (my favorite)

I closed the griddle cover to trap the heat and melt the cheese a bit...
Sometimes I use inverted pans or steam pans.

Topped with more onions, crisp bacon and dill pickles...

I topped my slice with lettuce and tomatoes ..... supper was ready.

A gust of wind came up, and the slice of pizza landed on the ground beside the horse hitch/boot scraper. :tsk:

I grabbed another slice and ate inside. lol :-D

I liked the way the pizza turned out. Tasted pretty much like a bacon cheeseburger! I'll be making these again in the future.

Thanks for looking!

Looks great Jeanie, I do bacon red onion and pickle cheese burger pizzas several times a year, I make a mustard mayo mix for the sauce. I really like how you used the Blackstone for everything.

Nice pie. Definitely gave me a couple of ideas. Thanks for sharing.

Excellent! That's one thing I haven't done on the blackstone. Been using a new "crust" recipe using mozzarella and cream cheese since we've started keto.......thinking I need to try this out on the griddle. Thanks!

Lucky pup.

Hey it’s 0556 when I am seeing this. May I have a leftover slice with an over easy duck egg?

No.
Ok- my oatmeal it is.

Looks great. I sometimes think about adding pizzas to my “list” but I’m scared of the dough part.

Does the crust off the flattop tend to be thicker and chewier or what?

Heck yeah Adams, a duck egg would top this off nicely. Storms are brewing... be safe!

Nice pie Jeanie, know the pup didn't complain.

Thanks Kevin! He's been eating too well lately. lol

Thanks Kevin! You need to give it a try. I've used homemade crusts, tube crusts, bread doughs and biscuit dough. They all turn out well.

Here's a breakfast ham and egg pizza with biscuit crust...

One thing I do on about all pizzas, is turn the heat off after flipping the crust over.
Hope you give it a go! Thanks again!

Lovely good.
