Sauce recommendations for reheating frozen pulled pork

My wife does'nt like my pulled pork sauce; she thinks it is too vinegary. I'm going to reheat some premade frozen pulled pork to vend at my next competition. Any sauce suggestions that preserve the tast of the pork and don't mask it like bbq sauce would.:confused:
 
Check infernoooo's sauce competition, I think you'll find a few good recipes there.
 
I'm concerned it will get too dry. I need to keep it at a safe temp for hours using sterno or a roaster.
 
Find a sauce that does not have much or any vinegar and don't use very much. Some sauce will add some nice flavor and moisture. JMO
