:crazy:Does anyone have experience with this brand of griddle? Buying a griddle for a bigger crowd but don't want to go overboard with it. The Blackstone runs about 300 vs. other commercial types between 700 to skies the limit. Considered the sizzle-Q but like a stand alone kind, but am considerering it. Any help from experience appreciated from the Brethren.

No replies, well what kind of griddle do you use? Still searching.

If you haven't seen it please check it out. For the price and low use I figured it might be good enough and reasonably priced. Even has cast iron burners/ 1/4 steel table. See what you think (http://www.blackstonegriddle.com/ )

i've seen grills like that. then its extra bucks for a half griddle. for the price that looks purty good to me.

yes indeed i do

Love it.... I did maybe 12 pounds of onions the other day to carmel perfection in maybe 7 minutes. You only need medium heat. the griddle is sturdy the base is a bit shakey but worth it

love doing those cheeseburgers where the cheese cooks on the griddle

i am making a new grease trap system for it though

Thanks folks for the input, much appreciated. I just like other opinions beside my wives. Mainly on quality.
