Talking lamb roast on the big green egg (vid)

We had a family celecration last weekend, not that I needed an excuse to fire up the barbecue, but it helps.

It was a great diner, hope you enjoy the video.

Great video.Definately like the ability to bone the leg without destroying it.

Lime on lamb is a twist I havent tried but I will next time. Looks awesome.
