I am a fan of exploring new foods, recipes, and cooking methods. My BBQ tool of choice is a Kamado Joe Classic II. However, wanting to dip my toes into the world of offset smokers, I instead have dove in head first! Placed a order for a Shirley Fabrication cooker. I've got quite a wait time though, so I expect more cook time on the Kamado.
