I had brisket chili leftover. I had Jiffy. I had cheese. Seemed like a natural.

Very natural to me............I'd hit natural, quite naturally. Looking killer, Mista!:eusa_clap
 
I would go there. Cornbread is great with most anything.
 
It was fun to bake the chili in the cornbread and then put more on top.
 
Looks great! However, too much sugar in Jiffy for my taste.:wink:
Chili was very spicy so the sugar was a nice offset.

Made my own chili powder by toasting 6 different chiles with whole cumin seeds and then grinding them all together.
