Default Chicken thighs, bbq beans, coleslaw, and Big Bob Gibson.

Chicken thighs, Alabama style. The chicken got some Naturrific chicken salt and pepper for seasoning. Beans were Malcolm Reed's recipe. Coleslaw was my creation. I used apple wood and Big Bob's white sauce. It was very good. Thanks for looking.

Great looking food. I've been wanting to try Big Bob Gibson's white sauce at home. I've had it a couple times at Chris Lilly's restaurant and really liked it.

I did the beans first and then the chicken. One of these days I will have a cooker that can handle both at the same time.

There's a tier one pit builder in Tuscaloosa that makes some awesome cookers, they can help you with this problem!
