Talking Saturday night pron

Still had family over for the Holidays, house feels overcrowded.
It was nice going outside and tending to the Drum...

Big-ass platter of thick cut bacon with the Brown Sugar and Cayenne Pepper.

At capacity with 2 grates...Bacon and Large Fattie on the top grate, and just peaking below are 4 half slabs of Baby Backs and 8 Drumsticks on a rack!

Platters of Ribs that really fell off the bone after unwrapping them from the cooler, they went quick, this was the best photo I can muster. I never knew how much my God-son could eat. The Drumsticks were not flavored by the marinade as much as I thought, they were good though.

Pretty chicken there. Drumsticks are the best for dipping into some savory sauce.

I think you have a point...They all came down for breakfast today, nothing special but home cooked, Eggs, Hash & Pancakes...

When are they leaving?

I know the feeling, you have to start worrying, when they bring coolers and start making requests. Look at it this way, at least you get to practice your skills. Everything looks great. When they head back to OHIO, point them in RTD's direction, this way they don't have to travel so far.
