Woke up this morning and said why not throw on a brisket. Dreary and rainy ohio friday morning so nothing like firing up the uds and letting the smoke roll. Everyone enjoy your weekend and merry Christmas to all my bbq brethren. So glad to be apart of this wonderful group of bbq loving people.
