Default Grilled Tilapia and Sweet Potatoes on the Egg




Sweet Potatoes with lemon pepper, garlic salt, and paprika on the left, pineapple head on the right on a extended grid @350* for 20-min. a side.

Tilapia with lemon, butter, and Prudhommes Blackened Steak Magic on slices of lime.



On a raised grid @ 375* for 5-min a side

Very tasty, thanks Jay for the inspiration.
