stuffed bacon cheese burger
Wowser this was very good. I guess you could call it a stuffed bacon cheese burger.ground chuck some worch sauce,onions,dill picle relish,3 cheese ketsup,mustard and topped with bacon & maters served wit texas toast
smoked with plum till 170° and then it was chow down. also went very well with some cold ones __________________ |

Had a couple buddies in town this weekend and did a similar cook. Just went with bleu cheese, bacon and diced mushrooms. Threw on some ears of corn and made a nice garlic herb butter for it all. Didn't hear a word out of the three of us for around a 1/2 hour as we feasted. I love a good stuffed burger
