Default Trial run turkey and ham

Gonna have a trial run tomorrow before thanksgiving to make sure I get it right. Gonna smoke a turkey breast and a small ham. Any suggestions? I am thinking a brown sugar rub on the ham and texas style dry rub for the turkey. Along with some cherry wood for flavor.

Rub the ham with brown sugar, apply pineapple rings, wrap in cheese cloth, cover in maple syrup. Cook to temp.
