Long Term Lurker from Texas
Been lurking and reading things here since probably 2004/5. Finally decided to join the site to learn more.
Moved a lot in the last 10 years and had smokers off and on depending on where I was living. Over the last year I have had to give up my smokers twice due to various factors. Things are looking up with a new house and hopefully no moving for at least a year (that's a long time for me) :D Have a new offset smoker to season up right this weekend with some brisket this weekend and to get to learning more. :tu |
