Traders Village - Oct 8-9, 2011
Who's planning to attend this event? Looks like it is going to be another great event with 100% payback ($100 entry fee) plus the IBCA added money for the top 15 places in the brisket, pork spare ribs and chicken.
If you aren't going to cook - please come out and judge - we usually have between 80 - 100 teams - last year we were down but looking for a great crowd this year. Good Luck to all on the Smokin' Trail |
