Clarification.
I would like to know, In the KCBS cook offs, WHO supplies the meat?? I have been cooking in the whole hog cook offs here in eastern NC and the contest provider supplies the hogs to be cooked. I am looking to get into the KCBS cooking events sometime next year. Any advice will be read and taken in,,,

you are responsible to supply the meats cooked in KCBS sanctioned contests.
