Default Last Nights Dinner Photos

Dinner was prepared on the UDS, the gasser and some help in the kitchen.

4.3 lb roast slathered and rubbed with home grown rub about ready for the drum

Some sweet taters, reg taters, and winter squash with evoo and Montreal steak seasoning on the grill

Flip them taters over

Ready to eat
Forgot I had the corn so the wife cleaned and cooked in the kitchen

Everything was great, the corn would have been better off the grill or drum but there is next time.

Thanks for checking out our Saturday night dinner
