Another chicken meal

Went to buddy's BBQ yesterday, so I didn't get to cook. Today was grerat, so I cooked up a fatty, a couple of armadillo eggs and some chicken on the WSM. Used Weber's chick and rib rub. It was sorta coarse, so I ran it through the pepper mill. Some potato salad and beans. All turned out really good.






 
How did the rub taste on the chicken? It does have a bit of a grainy look to it, but if it taste okay, I would use it.

Iceman - it was coarse. Next time I use it, I'll gring it more. Of course, in a few days my Plowboys Yardbird rub should be here, and I probably won't use it anymore!
