I am planing dinner for about 30 people. I will be quite busy the day of the party and would like to prepare and smoke a bunch of stuffed pepper the night before. Does anyone have any experience reheating ABT's?

What's going on in your avatar dodger? I can't quite tell.

You know, I bet you could redo those in the micro for a bit and finish them quickly under the broiler to keep from mushing up.

Never tried it though. They don't last!

That does work!

I did way too many a couple of years ago.
Re-heated is not as great as fresh, but works.

If possible, can you prep them the day before and just cook them timely????
That works great!

Agree with the Kapn.

Straight Microwave is acceptable.
Micro warm and broil finish is better.
Fresh is best.

You can also just heat them in a high heat oven. I am pretty sure that Joe reheats all his ABTs for the restaurant - don't think he has complainers.
