Default Bonnie and Clyde - Two Eggs no waiting...

The out-laws are home and we are cooking today for a get together tomorrow...

On Bonnie we have beef short ribs and pork loin ribs.
On Clyde we have a good sized brisket, and a pork butt.

All rubbed down with SM Cherry - the family likes their Q sweet. Cooking over Humphreys lump and cherry.

Just got done making bacon egg and cheese sandwiches... may be nap time before I get to the rest of my chores.

Everything will be left whole and reheated in the oven tomorrow.

Going to make some no boil mac and cheese tomorrow and the outlaws are bring slaw and dessert.

Looking forward to seeing everyone.

Carry on.

Thanks guys...

Here's the brisket and butt... about 7 hours in..

Butts over brisket...

The pork ribs are off already, but the beef ribs are still going.

Got some chores done - including cutting the grass...

Rewarded myself by sitting on the deck, throwing the ball for Kizmet, and enjoying a little lemonade... maybe a little vodka too...

Thanks! We have three acres - what you are seeing is a part of the side yard.
