There's so much in there I can't see the meat! Seriously, way too much.

Wow you got one out of control Bush. Use curly parsley. Search online for how to build a bbq box. I spend around an hour on each parsley bed. Good luck.

Remember it's a MEAT contest. Use regular parsley and just make a even bed for the meat to sit on.

Is "Italian parsley" legal?

From the KCBS rules:

12) Garnish is optional. If used, it is limited to chopped,
sliced, shredded or whole leaves of fresh green lettuce, curly
parsley, flat leaf parsley and/or cilantro. Kale, endive, red
tipped lettuce, lettuce cores and other vegetation are
prohibited. Improper garnish shall receive a score of one (1)

Honest question--I have not a clue

And Yuppers---way too much even when you add the meat

Rd should have flat leaf, AND curly leaf.

Curly has RSS flavor...but looks better in a box. Wont see much flat leaf in comps.

the other thing is that it would appear that you built the box in the top instead of the bottom.

My competition daze are probably behind me now; I pretty much cook for family, friends, and frankly the peace and solitude I get from smokin' on an offset...
