Default Looks like we are getting close to catering.

Sat for the Safe Serv exam back on the 11th of sept, and waited two weeks to hear back. Passed with a 91% on the exam. The trademark has been filed, and got the LLC paperwork back last week. Meeting with the state inspector this week to go over the business plan. Now we need to locate an NSF rated cooker and trailer and we are good to go.

Do you plan on becoming a full time caterer?

Thats a lot of expense if your only going to be doing a handful of private parties.

I just made $1,100 bucks from a private party. Get enough of them and plan out your expenses over a short 3-5 year plan, not in months, and it will pay for itself...

Gross, (sales tax included) net was pretty good though

Served pulled pork, chicken thighs/drums, baked beans, potato casserole, and brownie.

Serving pp and chicken always results in a higher net.
We like those caterings!
