Wandering around with a bag of matchlight, looking for a match.
We are giving the kids at Muscular Dystrophy camp at Gainesboro, TN a real, down home barbecue on Wednesday, June 22. We came up with the idea of making it a small competition-style barbecue, with the kids and guest firefighters as judges.
Our 2 teams have backed out at the last minute, leaving us in a bind for someone to come to camp and cook barbecue.
If you are interested, please contact me, or visit our web page for more information. If you know of any barbecue teams that might be, please let me know. We have donations to cover the cost of the meat -- we're cooking brisket, pork butt, and ribs.
