Seared Tuna with Buddha Stirfry
Coated the tuna with EVOO and Ted Reader Bone Dust BBQ Seasoning.

That looks really good. As I’ve never used a BBQ seasoning, I’m wondering how does it taste compared to more traditional Ahi seasonings?

I've never used a traditional Ahi seasoning so I wouldn't be able to help you out there. But will definitely be giving one a go soon:wink:
 
I know this says its rice seasoning but I use it for Seared Ahi as well. It's really tasty. Any Asian market will have it.

Furikake is good. I use it on many things, including pasta, instead of sauce. They also come in many flavors too, wasabi being one of my favorites.

Yes, I have the Seto Fumi, Salmon & Wasabi Furikaki in my spice cupboard as I type.
