Never heard of doing a pork tenderloin wellington, but why not? The results look fantastic! Great twist on a classic, and nice teamwork! Always a blessing to have someone running interference for you in the kitchen.

Wow! This is an excellent recipe. I am blown away by the flavor profile. Gordon Ramsey would call me a donkey because the bottom of the pastry burned but I don't care.
