Default Marinaded And Grilled Rack of Lamb






In the marinade into the fridge. for 4-hrs.

Out of fridge. 1hr. before Grilling

Seared @450* for 3-min. a side

Finished with 129* interior on a raised grill



Grilled Romaine and smashed potatoes

Just right

What a wonderful meal

The lamb is beautiful, and everytime you post that romaine it reminds me that I need to try it soon. Great looking plate there.
