What I've found is concern your self with the cooking and what ever you do do not look at the, line up, my wife is great and loves the fact that she can yell at me all day with orders and I'm so busy that all I can do is put out what she wants

The H.D. has my smoker tied to my cater truck as one unit so we can't be any more than 5 ft apart lol the wife runs the truck so I get to smoke and B.S. with the customers which suits me just fine
