Since BBQ is not a staple food here in the northeast, I find it a challenge to draw families around a dinner table and spend large amounts of money on Q. I think a bar setting that serves BBQ would be a better choice if you choose to open up a place. Take the focus off Q and put it on Alcohol. If bet you could fill some seats.
