A busy Weber Kettle - with mucho PrON

It's gonna be a busy week so I decided to cook a bunch o stuff tonight so I won't have to cook so much during the week. :loco:

A chuck steak with carne asada seasoning, marinated chicken thighs and a skillet full of spuds w/ rosemary and garlic.

Steak is done, chicken browning off and corn added.

Chicken is outta here, burgers going on (2 are for the dogs).

Spuds and corn are done, time to grill some marinated veggies.

In the end I ate a bunch of these tacos.

The chuck steak, grilled onions, cilantro, avocado, habanero salsa - these were so good I should be arrested. :mrgreen:

Lucky Farking Dogs!!! :grin: All of it looks great, I have a couple of Chuck Steaks in the freezer.....going out right now to get them out, as I think I have found my Monday smoking meats! :becky:

1 Weber chimney full of Royal Oak Lump.

When the food was finished I shutdown the vents and there is still a bunch left for the next cook.
