Best way to hold ribs for eating later?
Just pulled some spare ribs off the UDS and plan taking to a buddys house in a couple hours. Thinking about wrapping in foil and putting in a cooler until its time to eat. Is this necessary or should I not worry about it and just reheat when I get there? Thanks.

Wrapped in foil and in a preheated cooler would be ideal, but reheating there is fine too. |

Wrap in foil, put into a cooler with towels below and above to fill up any empty space. They will stay hot for hours.
