Default Beef bones for a change

After seeing so many of you cooking beef ribs with great results I decided to change things up this weekend. Went to RD to pick up some beef short ribs. I marinated them in Stubbs beef marinade then hit them with a little Montreal Seasoning and a touch of cayenne. Cooked them for about 6 hours at 230 (wrapped after 4). I was pleased with the results. Tender and tasty.

I've never had beef ribs before, ( What a sheltered life I have had! ) but these have me feeling left out of some great eating. Looks really good.

Have a Blessed day!

Those look good. I have the second rack in the freezer I want to pull out. Almost did it today, dropped them on my foot, rethought it, put them back...
