First walks ever

We had our fist walks yesterday at Grillin on the Bay. It seems 27 degrees is right in our comfort zone since our practice this winter has all been COLD. We are thrilled with the results ,came in reserve champs. Here are a few pics of turn-in boxes.

I am guessing bleu cheese and proscuitto bruschetta. Either way, CONGRATS on the walk!!!

happy with my chicken taste and scored well but can't figure out the appearance. I look on this forum and I see all these boxes with perfect even and symetrical chickens. Each look like perfect pillows, mine are each a little different. how do you do it?
