Charred ribs

Did a rack of ribs put over the fire at the end to get a nice char and crust. My wife made a grill from a watermelon. The celery legs could not hold it so we put it in a bowl.

Thanks. I think these were favorite ribs just because of that reason.

Usually when I wind up with charred ribs, it's because of too much influence from the Rolling Rock.
