Clint (SmokeInDaEye) showed off his CC brand with the cuban whole hog. Found this on a woodworking forum. They have "Texas Style" brands that would work for meat.

I think they make those, Noah. It's called a WAFFLE IRON.

Beleive it or not, I made mine in a grade school welding shop in Texas. Not sure if many classes teach branding iron making skills any more.
