Todays UDS smoke...w/ PRON!

Getting the UDS ready for today's smoke.

10:45a.m. - Pulled everything out of the garage...

I had two halved chicken breast that where supposed to made into chicken & dumplings, but figured what the heck, there will be room on the uds, so I rubbed them with some Plowboys...

12:30 - got the briquettes going in the chimney on the turkey fryer...

12:40 - temp is up to 220 with one cap on and two ball valves open. Meat will be going on at 1:00.

Hey now, this is the fifth straight weekend that I have used it! It is not my fault that I stumbled upon the Brethren and am now hooked!!!

As bad as I hate to say it, I do not follow the NFL.
 
I just put the two halved chicken breast, pork loin, and breakfast fatty on....forgot to snap some pics...dang it!
 
As before, once the food hit the table, pics never crossed my mind!!! Sorry!!! :sad:
