Default Another way to use pulled pork

I know we all have this problem, what to do with left over pulled pork...not...but here is an interesting twist. I know we all like potato's one way or another and we all like our pulled pork so try this. Take some left over mashed potato's that are cold, form them into a loaf like a fatty, split it open to make a trench in the middle of the loaf then mix some pulled pork with your sauce of choice and spread it in the trench then close it back up around the pork. Place it on tin foil or baking sheet and toss it on the grill until it strts to get a little crisp and brown, pull it off and cover it with shredded cheese and back onto the grill. Shazam .. inside out potato fatty ..

You can do some creative things with left overs.

OH Yeah one of my favorites from when I was young and broke all the time, haven`t had leftover taters like that in forever. Now I am going to start it again and this time work in the BBQ leftovers
