"Everglades" Thighs

Looks tasty. Everglades rocks. I use the no MSG product on meat, potatos and many other things. It is just a good all around seasoning.

I'll never turn down some nice thighs!

But the dark meat of chicken is very bad for you. Too much fat. One must adapt to buying chicken breasts. This way you can be assured of paying two to three times the cost plus having something dry and tasteless (relatively) to eat.
 
I remember in the very early nineties when everglades seasoning was NOWHERE to be found here in NC. I was introduced to it by my best friend's dad who is a Florida transplant. From that day on until it became commonplace at local grocery stores(or the internet) it was as if we were smuggling a granular treasure across state lines on a regular basis. LOL!!



Those are some sweet looking thighs! Always have been a butt and thigh man.:heh:
