Default Phubar's Pharewell to his 2nd Orange Drum Pron
One of my Orange Midi UDS' is now with her new owner...I just gave my 2nd and last Orange UDS a big Pharewell...this one's leaving soon to Brother QuasaR.
Both of them are in good hands but it's hard to say goodbye...

I cooked some wings in Brother QuasaR's MUDS for some proper seasoning (no...I just wanted to cook on Her bePhore I gave it away).
Lightly rubbed with Lawry's seasoning salt and some Phoil Hat rub.
APhter that mixed in a ziploc bag with limejuice,olive oil,L&P,honey and thyme.

Served the wings with smoked/mashed sweet taters,tomato/onion/butter gravy and pico de gallo.

Man,I haven't made wings in a while...those things are tasty!
I don't know how you guys eat them but I just put a wing in my mouth and let the meat fall off the bone...you don't need teeth for these!
