On Monday going to smoke a pork butt. Will have pulled pork with mustard-vinegar sauce. Family seems to prefer this over brisket (my favorite) and the price is cheap, so it's a winner.

Against all reasonable sense, I'm attempting my 3rd Brisket Ever.

Rain/Sleet today, with temps dropping into the Teens tonight. Yuck.

All loaded and ready to go.

Here's hoping all goes well!

Main goal is chili meat, so at least my expectations are low!
