Hello Brethren,
I have been grilling since I was 14 years old with my dad. He had a Charbroil Grill and I inherited it. Needless to say it is gone now. I have MDA and have had to recently retire so here I am, really excited about learning the ins and outs of smoking. My wife recently bought me a Traeger pellet smoker because of its ease of use and I did a 4# pork roast this last weekend. We pulled it and have been having sammies, mmmmm, well that is more than enough for now, look forward to chatting with you all. There is nothing better than the kids licking their fingers and asking for more of your BBQ!:biggrin::lol:
