Basic BBQ rub, Brown sugar, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, sea salt, paprika powder and cayenne pepper

Do you mix the rub ingredients into the ground beef before rolling the meatballs?

I did roll the meatballs first, then i rolled them trough the rub.

Nice balls!

Must say that Noskos' style MOINK balls are different than MOINK balls with a basic BBQ rub.

MOINK balls NOSKOS' way are meant to immitate the Italian/American Phrozen meatballs so that "non American" Brethren can make MOINKS themselPhs.
