Question for Texas Cooks

HEB All Natural brand are never frozen. They are a little hit or miss on the butchering. RD has some nice ribs as well.

I have to second HEB. But be sure you don't go to one of their "market" stores or whatever they're called that they have in Orange - got some really weird ribs there that looked nice until I tried to cut 'em. Got some good ribs at Brookshire Brothers/Super 1/Market Basket as well.
