Pics of small kitchens

We are starting to plan our new kitchen at our place of residence. its a un finished basement with half of it dry walled. Its my wifes family friend who offered us the place. She said they would supply the goods if we build it.

I would like to see some pics of small kitchens, we have and 8 foot wall to put cupboards, a counter with a sink in it, and cupboards under the counter. we have roughly 8 to 10 feet extending out from that wall to add a island counter with a range. Possibly L shaped or octagonal. so basically a 8x10 floor space. Give or take.
