Pork Loin, Brown Sugar, indirect heat and burning temps
I am cooking a pork loin recipe tomorrow on my Kamado Joe. The recipe calls for brown sugar and honey. If I cook on indirect heat at about 350 degrees will it burn the meat?
What is the general rule of thumb cooking sugars on indirect and direct heat?
