Third drawer stew (Brisket & Green Chile)

Colorful enough. Found a lost small zip lock of brisket in the stand on my head chest freezer. I wanted Popeyes Bride wants stew. Therefore, Brisket Stew with roasted green chile smoked garlic and everything in third drawer of fridge.

Instead of crackers or cornbread I made almond flour pancakes. They’re BALi, Ill be doing these again. Irish Butter

I am Thinking this almond flour pancake mix will make a helluva Chile rellano batter. It’s just Egg-almond flour and almond milk. I added black pepper and a pinch of KS just cause. I’d think Any liquid will work if almond milk will.
