Here's a bump for your request. As a long-term solution for you, I suggest that you send the recipes to yourself in an email, then save those emails in a recipe folder in your email account. That way you have them available to you most anywhere and they're not lost when your PC bites the dust.

I've had my main yahoo account almost 16 years now and my recipe folder is FULL.

A simple search for "recipes" brought this up, is it what you are looking for?
