Default Oh yeah....its a rib off ... (PRON)

Bring your napkins, its gonna get messy! This past weekend I had a few friends over for ribs. I was St.Louis vs Baby Backs. After a generous rub done with simply marvelous cherry, sweet and spicey, and spicey apple, I loaded the smoker with mesquite and cherry mixed. I went about 3 hours in the 240 range, before wrapping in foil with apple juice for about an hour. Sat them in the cooler for an hour, then doused them with Blues hog/homade combo....they were gooooooood! I do believe the St.louis won out...just a tad juicier. White cheddar smoked taters and Kumomoto oysters with pepper sauce went with the meal. Sorry bout not having it all plated out, and no real nice final of the ribs...almost didnt post. Hope its alright, next time I'll get the money shot!
