Ok, needed luncheon meats, so I smoked a couple of Chuckies to slice up thin...Salt, pepper, and garlic...damn is it good! I was tempted to eat it for dinner! Also did some ABT's, stuffed poblamos, and some turkey wings...enjoy the pics. I've been on vacation, but back to 7 days a week, regular job, and the housebuild...Oh yeah, the chuckies were done in 3 hrs. 45 min...at about 275*...the UDS was working great today! Only had one bottom nipple open, and it chugged away...
