Psychedelic Smoke BBQ had a great time during this long, hot weekend.

It was great cooking in that setting, and we met a number of great folks. For a team as new as us, it was crazy to be cooking against so many great teams, and TV BBQ personalities. We met Myron, Tuffy, and Johnny Trigg. ALL great guys. Tuffy took the time to congratulate us as passed by on the return from a walk.

Great experience and our very best effort thus far in our 6 events. Great event, thanks to volunteers and congratulations to all.
 
the wife is yelling at me for not letting her skip out on 75 guests to meet Trig. not sure I 100% disagree with her :)

We were down at the end of 12th street. I walked by you 100 times. I should have stopped but didn't know I had fellow Brethern cooking with us.

It was a great win for us on our own turf. Congrats to all that walked!!

As many times as I have cooked this event it has always been a pain in the A$$ to say the least. Take out the win and I can tell you this was the most relaxed contest I have ever cooked. The load in was so easy this year. I hope they make no changes!!!!!

Is this Mike? Very happy for you guys! That's an awesome GC! I know you must be proud. We weren't far from you in Green Lane either.

We really only know a few teams....so i guess we've been hesitant to chat with others we don't know yet. But, that's gotta change.
