Default Lamb Chops, Ribeye, Pulled Beef Short Ribs, Brats...just a few recent cooks.

These were the lamb chops I got on sale a couple weeks ago, and since my wife doesn't care for lamb, I grilled a nice ribeye for her.

Served with fresh corn, and a cucumber/avocado/red onion salad. I went over a bit on the chops, but still really tasty. The ribeye was a perfect mid rare.

Monday, I did some boneless beef short ribs on the MAK. Started with a couple hours on smoke, then panned up with my standard onion/mushroom/red pepper. This will be tonight's dinner, served on a fresh kaiser roll.

Last night, I cooked some Johnsonville brats on the SM BGE.

All looks good, but that pulled beef ribs made my mouth water.

I think you're right: trapping and hunting groundhog could alleviate this problem.

Thank you.....I agree, but would have preferred it mid rare. That said, it was still nice and juicy.
